We all know that morning rush is a daily routine as we rush out of the bed to shower and go to work. Instead, avoid morning rush and try to give yourself time to wake up mindfully because it can be exhausting to rush everything and do the same thing over and over.
It is said that balance and peaceful life is crucial, hence, resist the temptation to stay up late watching TV or scrolling on your phone. Also, you can break the cycle of mindlessly checking tasks off your to-do-list with approaches on how you can complete each task or goal.
