Changing Gears: Developing the Right Mindset explores key tools and techniques required to manage the challenges we face at work whether it be external (deadlines, difficult people, increasing productivity) or internal (stress, self-sabotaging behaviors). We need to develop a strong mindset to help us respond positively to the pressures and demands of modern working life. A strong mindset is all about the way we view the world, how we communicate and work with others.

This one-day program through practical examples, will look into helping people discover effective tools and techniques to build the right mindset to navigate change.

Professor Dr. Ong Kian-Ming
